Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Apply system's lifecycle practices to include requirements, engineering designs, documentation, usability, integration, test, deployment, O&M to specific technology domains
Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycle from concept to disposal
Ensure all appropriate technical and operational disciplines are applied to the project development process in the applicable phases
Ensures authorized system engineering tasks will satisfy the control requirements of each phase

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science,Information Systems, or other technical degree
- Systems Engineering experience
- Agile and/or Waterfall acquisition and development experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment co-located with multiple contractor and customer teammates
- Ability to create, sustain, and enhance fostering of team dynamics and collaboration
- Strong customer service and teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional team
- TS/SCI with Poly required

Possess at least 2 of the following:
- Experience with coordinating across all offices within the customer space as it relates to policy, working groups, MOAs, etc
- Experience with participating inIC-level boards or coordinating requirements across technology external providers within the IC and DOD
- Experience with working across the IC to identify new capabilities opportunities
- Experience with working with early technology I R&D investments to include prototypes and new technology investigations
- SATCOMM or RF Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Information Technology (Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.) I Network Engineering
- Data Analysis

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
