Geographic LocationArlington, VAEmployment StatusFull TimePosition Funded?YesRequisition Code18:MO-001 Job ResponsibilitiesWithin the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research Development & Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)), the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Management & Budget (DASN (M&B)) is the principal advisor and strategic cross integrator for ASN (RD&A) on the Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution Systems (PPBES), Earned Value Management (EVM), Acquisition Governance, Strategic Acquisition Planning and Analyses and Congressional liaison issues across all domains within ASN (RD&A). DASN (M&B) is also the staff manager for ASN (RD&A)'s operating budget, manpower, administration and information technology (IT) coordination.

The Contractor shall provide all aspects of program management support for Acquisition Governance related topics for all Navy Acquisition programs. Typical tasks include but are not limited to the following:

* Provide support with the review and correction of required acquisition reports such as Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs), and Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs).

* Provide support with the maintenance of user accounts for DON users for the Defense Acquisition Information Retrieval (DAMIR) and RDA Information System (RDAIS).

* Provide support with the maintenance of required uploading of Acquisition Information in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Acquisition Information Repository (AIR).

* Provide coordination and execution support of ASN(RD&A) responsibilities under the two-pass/six-gate review process in accordance with the Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) directives. Associated tasks include:

oSupport the Gate Review process with stakeholder outreach, schedule coordination, and input consolidation.

oDevelop Gate Review meeting minutes, including attendance, agenda items, events, issues/concerns, and action items and distribute to all stakeholders.

oTrack and record action item status items to completion and distribute updates to all stakeholders.

oProvide recommendations on process efficiencies within the existing framework of the two-pass/six-gate review process.

* Perform analysis and develop output reports for various Acquisition Governance related special projects/activities as required.Qualifications- 8 years of research, development, and acquisition experience

* Bachelor's degree

* Active DoD Secret Clearance Required

* Business or mathematics degree

* OPNAV/Secretariat experience
